Hi my name is Phil, after 1st moving to Crete in 1998 and instantly falling in love with the island my wife Jill and I decided to purchase a house in early 2000. Over the years we have lived and travelled to a number of different countries and also purchased properties within these countries including Sweden, Australia and the UK.

Since returning from Australia at the end of 2016 I have set up a unique personal property finding service, now I spend my time in-between Crete and Cardiff helping people purchasing their dream home in Crete.
