Stalos is located just 7.5 km from the exceptionally beautiful Venetian Harbor of Chania, opposite the island of St. Theodore and just a short time away from famous beaches such as Balos and Elafonisi.

It is a village which has been built in two sections, the mountainous part and the coastal part of the village, the Pano Stalos (upper Stalos) and Kato Stalos (lower Stalos). In this area you can enjoy the sandy beach and clear waters of the sea, and the beauty of Cretan nature, as the mountainous part of the village is built on the lush hills of olive trees.
