Ground floor: Living room with view to the swimming pool and sea, well equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom for 2 people and reversible air condition, 1 bathroom with shower and WC. A big terrace with dining and lounge area, the pool 70m2(shared with 5 other houses, rarely occupied at the same time) and sun beds.

First floor: 1 bedroom for 2 people with one big wardrobe and reversible air condition, 1 loft with sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, 1 big terrace with view to the pool, sea and mountains.

The Kournas lake (10 min drive) is the only fresh water lake in Crete. In this area you can rent a pedal-boat, observe turtles, take a refreshing swim or enjoy the local food in one of the tavernas with a stunning view of the lake.

The village of Georgioupolis is located 2 km west from the house. There you will find small shops, supermarkets, hotels, bars and tavernas. The village of Kavros is located 1,5km east. Big seafront hotels are predominant but you can also find small shops, supermarkets, bars, tavernas, pizzerias, etc. The city of Rethymno, which is the third largest city of Crete, is located 20 km east.
